About Me
I tried everything. Then I found the science no one had bothered to explain.
Every diet with a name. Calorie counting that took over my brain. Workouts that wrecked my joints. I was morbidly obese, not because I lacked discipline, but because my body would not respond to the tools I'd been given.
I had bariatric surgery. It worked, for a while. Then the food noise came back. The weight started creeping. And I thought: I cannot do this again.
Then I found GLP-1. Not a diet. Not a trend. Real science. For the first time in my adult life, my brain was not at war with my body. I lost 150 pounds. That fury, the clarity of a woman who spent years suffering because nobody handed her the right information, is the reason Meisel Health exists.

Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. Licensed OTR/L. Years of clinical and rehabilitation experience helping people create sustainable change.
Dual degrees in business and health sciences. Board-certified health and wellness coach with a strong foundation in both behavior change and whole-person health.
I've lost 150 pounds, rebuilt my health, and built this business from the ground up. I mentor women from lived experience, not theory alone.
I did not collect credentials for a business card. I collected them because the women I serve deserve someone who can explain the science, interpret the research, and build a protocol that accounts for the full complexity of what is happening in their bodies.
I've spent more than a decade building and leading sales teams in the field. I know what it takes to start from zero, and I know what it takes to scale. I've done both.
